Journey with Nature
I am very happy to be a member of Embracing Wool Group. The upcoming 2024 exhibition is looming as I prepare and make my work to be included in "Journey with Nature".
As always when you plan ahead dates seem so far away and there is so much time to explore your new work. But actually within the blink of an eye it's very close. For this exhibition I have drawn from images I have taken whilst walking along the coastline. The colours have been so striking it has been a joy selecting wool and fibres to create new work.
A combination of both miniature and larger pieces will reflect how I see nature in my daily walks. As I work through my ideas I will document the process with images which I will occasionally post on both Facebook and Instagram, keep popping back for progress....
