Mail Order is pretty new to me, I used to sell at shows and exhibitions, however during these extraordinary times all events have been cancelled. Please bare with me as I continue to learn.

Mailing List
If you choose to sign up to receive copies of my occasional email newsletters I will not use your email address or name for any other purpose nor will I share it with anyone. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. The mailing list is maintained by Mailchimp and Wix, your email address is securely stored on their database.
Workshop deposits/payments/purchases
I will receive your payment via Paypal or Izettle. I will retain your email & name & address for information only to confirm your booking, provide you with all the information required to attend a workshop and post any purchases. I will not share it with anyone else. I will also retain all payment details I am legally required to in relation to HMRC requirements. Transactions through the website are stored for HMRC record purposes. The information is held on Wix/Izettle/Paypal securely and only accessible by ourselves.
Returns
Returns - in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please contact me immediately so that I can arrange a replacement or refund. If possible please take photos of the damaged packaging and contents. I hope you will be thrilled with your purchase, but should you wish to return anything, I am able to refund or replace an item if it is returned within 14 days in unused and resalable condition, in accordance with UK distance selling regulations.
Packaging
All purchases are packaged in a safe and secure way. Where possible we will use recyclable eco friendly wrapping. On occasion this may not be possible, but we try our best to be kind to the planet. Please note that sometimes we may use recycled packaging, it will always be clean and fit for purpose, please accept we do this with the very best of intentions. If you can recycle the packaging we send you, even better. Thank you for your understanding.
Colours
We do our very best to provide an image that represents the true colours of the item. Please be aware that different screens however may affect this.
